For Cabrie Fradella and Madison Sherwood, military relocation isn't just something they help clients navigate, it's something they've lived.
As military spouses, they've experienced the excitement, uncertainty, and countless moving pieces that come with military life. From searching for neighborhoods they've never visited to finding schools, doctors, grocery stores, and simply figuring out where to begin, they know firsthand how overwhelming a move can feel.
Cabrie spent 17 years as a military spouse, experiencing multiple PCS moves and learning what truly helps families transition successfully. Madison shares that same connection through her own experience as a military spouse, understanding that every relocation is about much more than finding a house, it's about finding a place to call home.
Together, they've helped more than 350 families with their real estate journeys and bring over 20 years of combined real estate experience serving military families.
With Cabrie based in San Diego, California, and Madison serving the Hampton Roads region of Virginia, they offer a truly bi-coastal perspective and understand what military families need on both sides of the country.

Cabrie combines nearly two decades of military life experience with a passion for helping families feel at home. Whether she's helping clients navigate on-base or off-base housing, exploring neighborhoods, or sharing local recommendations, her goal is to make every relocation as seamless as possible.
When she's not helping clients, you'll find her spending time with her two daughters and two Goldendoodles, enjoying the beach, hiking, traveling, or discovering new restaurants throughout Southern California.
